Day 1 — Kampala to Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary & Murchison Falls Depart Kampala early morning and drive north through Uganda’s lush countryside. Stop at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary for an exhilarating rhino tracking experience on foot — the only opportunity in Uganda to encounter wild white rhinos up close with a ranger guide. Continue the drive to Murchison Falls National Park, arriving in time for a late afternoon game drive across the park’s sweeping northern plains. Check in to your lodge for dinner and overnight.
Day 2 — Murchison Falls Game Drive & Nile Boat Cruise Rise before dawn for a full morning game drive through Murchison Falls National Park — scanning the open grasslands for lions, elephants, giraffes, buffalos, leopards, and Uganda kob. After lunch, board a boat for an unforgettable cruise along the Nile River to the thundering base of Murchison Falls, where the entire Nile squeezes through an eight-metre gorge in a wall of white water and thunder. Watch hippos, crocodiles, and hundreds of bird species crowd the riverbanks as the falls roar above you. Return to lodge for dinner and overnight.
Day 3 — Morning Game Drive & Return to Kampala Enjoy one final early morning game drive to catch predators on the move before the heat of the day. Depart Murchison Falls after breakfast and drive south, arriving back in Kampala or Entebbe by early evening.
